Card text

Spend Order: Target an Astral or Ethereal character within three ranks. If the target fails a magic save (DC 20), attach this card to the target. While it is attached, the target character loses the Astral or Ethereal trait and gains the ability: "Order: Once per turn, make a magic save (DC 20). If successful, discard Bindings."
